What does it do?
It scans a project for secrets and uses Tree-sitter to extract and structure signatures, imports and API routes. Optionally, an LLM writes file summaries, coding rules and a project guide, which a person can edit before saving. Even without an LLM, it generates an aif.json containing a structural summary and dependency graph without sign up or network calls.
