ABOUT THE INDEX · Listing policy
Discover services.
Make your own choice.
Indie Raiders is an index of new and evolving indie services. We describe what products do using verifiable evidence and link directly to them.
SCOPE
What do we list?
Indie services, AI tools and developer tools with usable web or app functionality and clear information about their maker and purpose.
Teasers or promotional pages without a usable product, duplicates, inaccessible sites, and services with unclear safety or legality are held back.
HOW IT WORKS
From discovery to publication
- 01
Discovery and submissions
We find usable services through public maker posts, communities and direct submissions.
- 02
Basic checks
We check site responses, duplicates, public metadata and screenshots. Promotional pages without a usable product are not published.
- 03
Evidence-based descriptions
Descriptions are based on statements on official service pages. If evidence does not support a summary or confidence is low, existing published descriptions are preserved.
- 04
Risk review
Only clearly low-risk services qualify for automatic publishing. Possible phishing, malware, illegality, exaggeration or uncertain cases are reviewed by the operator.
- 05
Tracking changes
Published services are revisited about every four weeks. A new version is recorded when functionality or use changes meaningfully, rather than for minor copy changes.
AI & HUMAN
Automation and oversight
Reading, translating and drafting.
Agents extract public statements from official sites, organize descriptions and features, and screen for duplicates and risks. Agent answers themselves are not used as sources.
Uncertain decisions and published results.
The operator reviews submissions with insufficient evidence or risk signals, reported services, and requests to hide, restore or correct listings. Generated text that fails validation is not published.
Features, pricing and platforms are presented as verifiable facts, while editorial notes are labeled as opinions. Weekly picks are an editorial selection of products worth revisiting that week.
REGION SIGNAL
How Korean services are identified
A .kr domain, official Korean business or address information, or a default Korean interfacequalifies a service as Korean.
A Korean-language discovery post alone is insufficient. Confirmed non-Korean country domains are marked as outside Korea. Without evidence for either, the region remains unknown.
CORRECTION LOOP
Correcting information
Use the report control on a service page to flag spam, phishing, illegal content or misleading information. A single report does not immediately hide the service; it is marked for review while the operator checks the evidence.
