WHAT IT DOES

What does it do?

Specify an existing Compose file to start services and use the build, pull, start, stop, restart, and config commands. It determines startup order from service dependencies and runs independent services in parallel. It retries transient errors in the WSL container preview and warns about unsupported settings. Windows 11 and the WSL container preview are required.
