picture-diary
A tool that records recurring Claude Code mistakes in an illustrated diary and keeps only proven lessons as rules
What does it do?
When a user requests a diary entry, the agent creates a record of the day with a date, title, illustration, and text. It saves the entry as a plain local Markdown file and creates the illustration as SVG. It forms rules from recurring mistakes, checks whether those mistakes actually decrease, and places only helpful rules in a designated block of CLAUDE.md. Older entries can be retrieved when similar problems arise. The repository is available under the MIT license.
Key features
- Records wasted effort and mistakes from sessions in an illustrated diary
- Saves diary entries and related records as local Markdown files
- Keeps only rules proven effective against recurring mistakes in CLAUDE.md
