What does it do?
OpenClear is a multi-tenant Positive Pay platform supporting checks and ACH. It provides replaceable OCR and a machine learning assisted exception review workflow, along with a web interface and JSON API. Local setup creates an organization and administrator account and configures a SQLite database.
