What does it do?
GSE Matrix Cleaner streams GEO Series Matrix files of 2GB or more in the browser. It supports missing-value imputation, variance and low-expression filtering, and CPM, TPM, and FPKM normalization. It provides Log2, Z-Score, and Min-Max transformations and performs all calculations locally.
