GenesisDB
An MIT-licensed event sourcing database with event records and audit features.
What does it do?
Events are stored as CloudEvents 1.0 records in a hierarchical topic tree. Developers can filter and aggregate records with GDBQL and receive both historical records and new events through Server-Sent Events subscriptions. They can audit the SHA-256 hash chain between events, and an audit record remains even when a payload containing personal information references is deleted. Before upgrading from 1.x, the data directory must be backed up; the migration on first launch cannot be reversed.
