What does it do?
Teams can change flags in a dashboard while keeping existing code such as IFeatureManager and FeatureGate. It supports gradual rollouts, disabling problematic features, and scheduling features based on time conditions. The client receives flag definitions, evaluates them inside the app, and uses an in-memory copy refreshed in the background.
