What does it do?

DeepSeekGUI wraps the DeepSeek Harness web UI in a native Windows app. It provides an installer, system tray integration, a built-in browser, and a terminal, while the agent can read code, edit files, and run commands. Every file edit and tool action requires user approval, and sessions, credentials, and settings are stored locally.
