WHAT IT DOES
What does it do?
Death Plan Switch sends a check-in email at the same time each week. If there is no response, it sends a reminder and goes through a family confirmation step. If the situation was detected in error and the developer checks in later, it tells anyone already contacted that it was a false alarm. It can be self-hosted on PHP 8.1 or later without a database and does not store documents or passwords.
