Browser and phone client for herdr: chat and live terminal for every agent pane, remote PCs over SSH, web push alerts - devswha/herdr-web-ui

A narrow always-on desktop companion that watches every harness, surfaces what each agent is doing, and asks you to tidy up the rulebook when chat contradicts it.

An agent skill and template for developing GitHub repositories through a standard web AI chat.
