Aethelgard
A web tool for checking a news outlet’s owner and the bias of an individual article from its link.
What does it do?
After a user pastes a news article link, Aethelgard shows the outlet’s owner and assesses how one-sided that article is on a 1~7 scale. Results identify what the article promotes and which perspectives or context are missing. Checking articles requires a free account, with up to 3 new checks per day. The Latest and How it works tabs are available without an account. Because the analysis interprets an individual article, users can review it alongside the original.
