What does it do?
TetherPHP is an Action-Domain-Responder framework designed to run on PHP 8.5. Each step between request and response is implemented as a class that can be opened and inspected, so the full flow can be traced by reading the code. It aims to keep the core small and compose the remaining functionality through packages.
