WHAT IT DOES
What does it do?
sqlite-modal runs SQL against a local file and sends data to or retrieves it from a server in a Modal workspace. Remote files are stored in a Volume, and synchronization uses the Turso SDK. Conflicts are resolved by letting the last push win.
