What does it do?
Skillsync reads existing Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode sessions and finds relevant past work for each prompt. You can search session content in the app or continue an interrupted conversation. Personal sessions are read and indexed on the Mac, and selected sessions and skills can be shared in a team workspace.
