WHAT IT DOES
What does it do?
SATROOT links one BSV satoshi to the root of a deterministically replayable semantic ledger. A pure Python kernel provides a standard event format, strict ordering and hash-chain verification, and 3 signing methods, while building 6 domain profiles on the same token and account reducer. The ledger can be published as signed bundles, releases, catalogs, and registries, and on-chain commitments can be verified offline using only raw transaction bytes.
KEY FEATURES
Key features
- Deterministic replay engine with strict checks of signed event order and hash chains
- Genesis record authentication and prevention of forged ledger roots
- 3 signing methods: demo mode, HMAC-SHA256, and Ed25519
- 6 profiles for machine credits, receipts, identity, licenses, and more
- Publishing system for signed bundles, releases, catalogs, and registries
- Complete offline verification of raw transaction bytes and on-chain commitments
EDITOR'S NOTE
Why did it stand out?
It replays state through the order of signed events and a hash chain rather than treating a transfer of satoshi ownership as a change in semantic state. It also carefully defines the boundaries of its uses without changing Bitcoin itself.
