WHAT IT DOES
What does it do?
Recurse is a serverless harness in which a coding agent creates, tests, and improves variants of a specialized agent until they meet the criteria. An agent.yaml manifest fixes the inputs, callable tools, output contract, and runtime boundaries. Completed specialized agents can be deployed as tools, MCP servers, or bots.
