WHAT IT DOES
What does it do?
otter is an experimental BEAM-like JavaScript runtime based on QuickJS. It multiplexes multiple JavaScript processes, each with its own heap and mailbox, onto a fixed, small number of OS worker threads. Processes communicate only through message passing. External tools can create, inspect, and terminate processes and send messages through a JSON-RPC 2.0 control socket over TCP.
