WHAT IT DOES
What does it do?
OpenGoal separates the current goal, context, and overall plan into GOAL.md, CONTEXT.md, and ROADMAP.md. An npx command installs Markdown commands and an agent skill into a project; afterward, users read and edit the files without a separate running program. It also describes a command for inspecting an existing project and a workflow for calling a command again after conversation context is compacted.
