What does it do?
DROS VajraClaw Hacker Edition is a standalone Docker governance gateway for multi-agent environments. It enforces policies defined at compile time through an O(1) in-memory bitmap at runtime and a strict fail-closed approach. W3C DIDs for agent roles and granular capability bitmaps can be applied.
