WHAT IT DOES
What does it do?
Developers define the allowed scope in a policy file and wrap calls with real effects in a decorator. Approval is tied to a hash of the reviewed action's arguments, so it cannot be reused with different arguments. Attempts and denials are recorded as receipts. An execution with an unknown outcome is treated as ambiguous, preventing a retry until the outcome is checked.
