What does it do?
CapChief is a Windows screen capture and annotation tool compiled with C# NativeAOT. It is provided as an executable that does not require WPF, WinForms, or a separate runtime installation. Pressing Esc during a countdown or recording cancels it, and canceled recordings are not kept.
